- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Attend to customers’ orders and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations at all times
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices are followed
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
- Support team members during peak periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company SOPs and comply with food safety and workplace safety regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
