About the Role

The Lunch Lady Manila is looking for passionate and energetic Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage experiences while creating genuine connections with our guests. You'll play a key role in crafting quality cocktails, recommending beverage pairings, and helping create the vibrant atmosphere that defines The Lunch Lady experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every drink served
• Engage guests by recommending cocktails, wines, beers, and food pairings
• Promote featured beverages and upsell premium selections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
• Coordinate with Servers, Runners, Kitchen, and Management to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and daily bar operations

What We're Looking For

• College graduate or equivalent vocational training preferred
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, lounge, or similar hospitality establishment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using POS systems
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork
