Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing top-notch hospitality to our patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Experience using POS systems is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
