Business Development Officer

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or client relations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, B2B/B2C social media, and data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and a strategic, detail-oriented mindset

Role Overview: Drives company growth by expanding business reach, building client relationships, and supporting marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new local and global business opportunities to expand HUGS' reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners
  • Develop proposals, manage sales pipelines, and drive new partnerships and growth
  • Monitor service delivery and coordinate with Operations to ensure satisfaction and service quality
  • Maximize account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and implementing marketing
