Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new wholesale, dealer, corporate, school, resort, and sports-related accounts.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, social media, and networking activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, account presentations, and partnership offers.
• Conduct product presentations and business meetings with prospective clients.
• Monitor sales opportunities and follow through until account activation and purchase.
• Achieve sales and account acquisition targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Marketing and Creative Support

• Create basic marketing materials such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, and sales presentations using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Assist in promoting company brands, products, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on content and promotional activities.
• Support product launches, sports events, exhibitions, and customer activations.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Interest in sports, fitness, swimming, outdoor recreation, or pickleball is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
