Clinical Assistant

We are a privately established physiotherapy clinic in the one-north region looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and diligent individual with an eye for providing the best standards of service to our patients and their loved ones. Aside from service/administrative skills, he/she must be responsible, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile in terms of learning.

Main responsibilities include:

· Provide administrative/logistical assistance to physiotherapists relating to patients.

· Provide on-site patient service and assistance.

· Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the clinic.

· Actively participate in the company’s goal to raise awareness of holistic physiology and educate patients (and caregivers) on condition and care.

· Actively participate in the company’s aim to build technological capabilities for physiotherapy.

Requirements:

● GCE N/O Levels and above.

● Cheerful and pleasant character.

● Diligent and willing to learn.

● Proactive and enthusiastic personality.

● Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent command of the English language.

● Good computer and IT skills.

● Digital/Social media skills are a plus.
