Temporary Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist to join our modern cosmetic dental practice on a 5-week fixed-term to cover staff leave starting on the 3rd of August.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team that is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

Welcoming and assisting patients

Managing appointments and phone enquiries

Coordinating treatment plans and patient follow-up

Processing payments and finance applications

Liaising with clinicians and the clinical team

Maintaining an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

About You

Friendly, confident and professional

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable communicating with patients

Able to multitask in a busy environment

Experienced in dental reception or treatment coordination
