Dog Groomer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Part-Time Dog Groomer or full time to join our team! Our salon focuses on providing a calm, low-stress grooming environment where every dog receives individualized care and attention.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday full time

Wednesday – Saturday part time

8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation:

45-50% Commission

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-service dog grooming including bathing, drying, brushing, nail trims, ear cleaning, and haircuts
• Execute both basic grooms and advanced breed-standard haircuts
• Ensure each pet is groomed safely, comfortably, and to the owner’s specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming station and equipment area
• Manage grooming schedule efficiently to complete 4–5 dogs per day minimum
• Communicate professionally with staff regarding pet needs or concerns
• Assist with basic pet handling and ensure pets remain safe and comfortable during their stay

Requirements:

• Previous professional dog grooming experience required
• Must provide a portfolio of previous grooming work
• Must supply your own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, brushes, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
• Strong time management skills and ability to stay on schedule
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment when needed
• Passion for animal care and maintaining a positive experience for pets
