Pacific Concord Container Lines, Inc. is looking for a driven and results-oriented HR and Admin Associate to provide administrative support to HR & Admin. Manager.
The ideal candidate will assume the generalist position. You will provide a wide- range of HR activities with focus on admin, timekeeping and compensation and benefits, employee engagement, training and recruitment. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Role Description
Provide support in alignment with the needs of all employees in the following areas:
1. Admin
- Office management and upkeep, including transmittals, correspondence, and filing of documents.
- Prepares Requests for Payment and Liquidation Reports
- Coordinates and organizes weekly office events and meetings.
- Prepares and updates administrative registries.
- Ensure that all permits and licenses are renewed before their expiry dates to avoid any disruption to business operations.
- Regularly update the bulletin board with important announcements, event reminders, and any relevant company news.
2. HR
- Handle inquiries and provide support to employees on various HR-related matters.
- Prepare timekeeping records and assist in Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Monitor Attendance Violation Reports and memos.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the administrative and logistical requirements of training programs and company-wide events.
- Support the Performance Management System.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR and Admin department.
- Participate in activities related to Safety and Health.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business courses, preferably BSc/BA in Psychology or a relevant field.
- Early-career candidates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Ability to create Google Forms and use Google Calendar is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite in Intramuros, Manila.
