Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant who can assist the management with administrative task and help the company's records to be updated. This successful candidate must have knowledge on both HR and Basic Accounting. This position is for immediate start.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records.
- Provides clerical support to Company Directors.
- Provide Accounting assistance to company when needed.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include HMO and Govt agencies ( SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR & City Hall )
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in related field required.
- Prior related office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
