We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, assisting with employee concerns, and ensuring HR processes are carried out efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening and coordination
- Support employee relations initiatives and respond to basic HR inquiries
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data confidentiality
- Assist in HR documentation, reports, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HR programs and activities
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
