Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of recruitment, and compensation & benefits and dedicated projects.
- Liaises with government agencies via online or offline transactions for statutory benefits and inquiries.
- Corresponds with 3rd party providers such as but not limited to HMO and other partners.
- Perform other Administrative task that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and Administration Field
- Has atleast 1 year Experience in Payroll
- Familiarity with Labor Laws and other statutory regulations related to benefits.
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic Google and Microsoft applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications
- Excellent communication, technical writing and solid presentation skills. Has strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must excel at multi-tasking and pay great attention to detail.
- High level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task.
- Can Start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
