Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration of recruitment, and compensation & benefits and dedicated projects.
  • Liaises with government agencies via online or offline transactions for statutory benefits and inquiries.
  • Corresponds with 3rd party providers such as but not limited to HMO and other partners.
  • Perform other Administrative task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and Administration Field
  • Has atleast 1 year Experience in Payroll
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws and other statutory regulations related to benefits.
  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic Google and Microsoft applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications
  • Excellent communication, technical writing and solid presentation skills. Has strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must excel at multi-tasking and pay great attention to detail.
  • High level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task.
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
