Job Summary

Fast Gourmet Group Inc. is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook / Kitchen Staff to support daily kitchen operations. The successful candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, order assembly, inventory management, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook and assemble menu items accurately and consistently.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met.
• Assist in daily food production and preparation activities.

Order Fulfillment

• Prepare dine-in, takeout, and online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Front of House (FOH) staff to ensure timely service.
• Ensure all orders are complete before release to customers or delivery riders.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Properly store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.

Food Safety & Sanitation

• Follow company food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with kitchen and FOH team members.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, kitchen leaders, and management.
• Support overall store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (Preferred but not required).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Culinary, Hospitality, HRM, or related courses are an advantage but not required.
• Previous kitchen, food service, restaurant, or cooking experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

Pay: Php608.00 - Php700.00 per day
