Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing initiatives of our clinical laboratory operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare marketing, brand communication, and digital engagement, with the ability to contribute to campaigns that promote laboratory services, strengthen client relationships, and enhance brand visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the healthcare and diagnostics industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for laboratory services and healthcare programs.
• Create and schedule content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and prepare reports on digital marketing performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support administrative and coordination tasks for the marketing team as needed.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and healthcare industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. And proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage.
• Must be open to working under a project-based contract.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City and participate in field-based activities as required.
