• Preferred brand applies for existing clients before ordering and presents actual versus given cost to ensure the expected net income, may do cross-selling by offering our products
• In bidding we usually deliver products with the same CPR we submit during
• the actual bidding process. In this manner we consult the Senior Sales Head
• first as to what brand we offer to bid before we request brands from regulatory personnel. Unavailable document is requested immediately from the last recorded supplier
• Very keen in expiry and products quality. Replacement may be allowed at times if end-users permit. Assistance on compliance on post- qualification documents must be a priority.
• Using the inventory system as reference every restocking. Maintain 3 months quantity for the fast moving. 1 month quantity for regularly slow moving and replenish rarely moving products once bought.
• Ensure brand name and expiry of products will be accepted by costumers
• Resourcefulness and efficient time management for sourcing out new product at legitimate and licensed supplier
• Maintain a record of the baseline cost of regularly and fast-moving products and which suppliers consistently give the lowest cost for specific generic
• Prompt decision making with the management regarding promos and discount offered by suppliers
• DELIVERY/STOCK INs
• Purchaser and pharmacist rechecks qty, condition, lot#, expiry and cost of purchased products. Agreed haggled cost must be looked into if followed
• Issue payment either through cash, dated check or PDC
• Encode accurately, report glitches asap
• Process product return and recall urgently
• Segregate deliveries “HO stock or Client Reserved”

• Secure Client Reserved in the Outbound Delivery Section; labelled with end-
• user’s name Secure office stocks for shelves replenish or Warehouse Stock
• Loose boxes (mix products in 1 box) is secured near the distribution area instead of storing in the warehouse for easy locating
• Gross deliveries are stored in the warehouse, similar products go togetherKeeps a duplicate record of all stock in filed in a monthly basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php750.00 - Php800.00 per day
