Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a call center or BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting quality evaluations, call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance coaching.
• Proficient in preparing and analyzing QA reports, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching and support to agents and team members to drive performance improvement.
• Sales account experience or background is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
