Restaurant Manager

Location of work after training: SM Lightmall, Mandaluyong

Position Purpose

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with company standards. This role ensures smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations while managing costs, inventory, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and overall service flow
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionally handle guest concerns or complaints
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall dining experience
• Control operational costs including labor, food, and supplies
• Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS systems, and daily sales reports
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures
• Coordinate closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Plan and execute promotions, special events, or marketing initiatives as needed
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Experience with POS systems and basic reporting
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
