Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The Roofer will be responsible for inspecting roofs for damage, installing new roofs, and repairing existing ones. The ideal candidate should have experience working with various materials and tools to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Duties:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Install new roofs using a variety of materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing broken tiles, shingles, or metal panels
- Work with power tools to cut and shape materials to fit specific roof dimensions
- Utilize masonry skills to secure roofing materials in place
- Read and interpret schematics to plan roofing projects effectively
- Weld seams to ensure a watertight seal on metal roofs
- Use hand tools to perform detailed work on roofing structures
- Engage in heavy lifting when moving materials and equipment
- Fabricate custom components to meet unique roofing requirements

Skills:
- Proficiency with power tools for cutting and shaping materials
- Ability to plumb and align roofing components accurately
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
- Experience with masonry work for securing roof structures
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for efficient project planning
- Welding skills to create strong seams on metal roofs
- Proficient in using hand tools for detailed roofing work
- Capable of heavy lifting when handling materials and equipment
- Skill in fabricating custom components to suit specific roofing needs
