Sales Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

  • Develops business through loan releases by soliciting, initiating, and developing new loan accounts thru different marketing means such as, but not limited to, onsite/field saturation, telemarketing or digital marketing (social media platforms and website) and renewal of loans for existing qualified accounts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquires prospective clients by soliciting, initiating, and developing new loans accounts thru different marketing means.
  • Oversees day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures proper implementation of operational controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handles operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations.
  • Achieves branch sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Understands the company's products and services and is able to market these to clients.
  • Accommodates client's inquiries and concerns regarding loan application with excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Coordinates and receives referrals from loan advisors.
  • Monitors clients' and loan advisors' submission of documentary requirements for loan application.
  • Pre-screens documents submitted by clients and loan advisors.
  • Ensures completeness of requirements and endorses these for credit investigation and approval.
  • Monitors approval of loan application until loan is released.
  • Maintains a database/monitoring of accounts in process, approved, and released.
  • Helps the team in conducting market study, formulating business strategy, and planning on how these can be implemented in the Branch.
  • Monitors and prepares report to be submitted to the Branch Manager.
  • Effectively and efficiently performs the duties and responsibilities as assigned to him/her.
  • Complies with company rules and policies set by the Management.
  • Performs other work-related tasks as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
