Sales Supervisor
  • Team Leadership & Development :Supervise, coach, and train sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  • Goal Setting & Monitoring :Set sales targets and quotas, then monitor team and individual performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Sales Strategy :Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to increase revenue and market share.
  • Performance Analysis :Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management :Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues, resolving complaints, and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Operations Management :Oversee daily sales operations, manage inventory, and sometimes handle merchandising activities.
  • Communication :Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management, relaying information and feedback.
