The Opportunity
We are seeking a polished and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the nuances of premium service, and thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, attentive service with a focus on guest experience
• Prepare and present cocktails, wines, and beverages to a consistently high standard
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently guide guests through the offering
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar at all times
• Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth, professional service
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-volume, quality-led bar or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and wines
• Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
• Calm and efficient under pressure with excellent attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
• Flexible and reliable, with availability for evenings and weekends
