Senior Bartender

Busy and vibrant family run bar and nightclub with a newly renovated outdoor area.

To provide bar service to customers and deal with deliveries and stock management in the absence of the cellar supervisor.

The objective is to present a friendly, efficient and professional face to the public in a safe and legally compliant manner and to deal efficiently with any administrative tasks in this small neighborhood pub.

Also looking for a new member of management team!

Greeting customers in a friendly fashion and welcoming them to the bar.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Checking I.D. to ensure consumers are of a legal age to consume alcohol.

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Processing payments as soon as possible.

Bringing drinks to a customer’s table.

Continually replenish stock and clean the bar.

Learn how to change kegs.

Do your best to remember the preferences of locals.

This is a highly physical role and the premises has stairs so prospective employees need to be physically fit. Excellent spoken English and written is essential.
