Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

As the Supply Chain Manager at HTHD, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our premium import and distribution pipeline remains seamless, efficient, and scalable. Having recently crossed our 10-year milestone, HTHD is transitioning into a high-growth phase within the FMCG and CPG sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain—from international procurement and freight forwarding to local warehousing and last-mile delivery to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• International Procurement & Logistics: Lead the coordination with global partners (particularly in Europe and Asia) to manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and customs clearance for dairy and dry food products.
•  Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to balance high fill rates with minimal waste, ensuring fresh stock is always available for our distribution network.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee third-party or internal warehousing operations, ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards and efficient storage practices.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with shipping lines, brokers, and local haulers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Process Innovation: Analyze current supply chain workflows and implement data-driven improvements to reduce lead times and operational costs.
• Compliance: Ensure all importations comply with Philippine regulatory requirements (FDA, Bureau of Customs, etc.).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years in supply chain or logistics management, specifically within the FMCG, food distribution, or CPG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a significant advantage.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
