We are hiring for a customer care specialist on a 13 month FTC for maternity cover, to help our customer support team with administration tasks, sales support and open communication with our customers.

Your responsibilities

    • Responsible of customer and sales support
    • Responsible of customer contact information in ACE
    • Fluent communication with internal and external customers
    • Order management tasks
    • Commercial complaint handling
    • Cooperation with our internal shared service centre
    • Support with bids and offers
    • Sales contract and price agreement coordination and management in cooperation
    • Other Customer Care related tasks assigned by direct superior management


Your qualification

    • Fluent Norwegian and English speaking skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Work in an organized and structured way
    • Cooperation skills
    • Good communication skills are essential
    • Commitment and reliability
