Kitchen Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Menu Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
• Ingredient Management: Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to food safety standards.
• Staff Supervision: Oversee and train kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Order Management: Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Problem Solving: Address any kitchen issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Cooking Skills: Strong culinary skills with experience in preparing a variety of dishes.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
