We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team in Kelowna.

Job Description:

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities by accurately inventorying parking lots, issuing violation notices, and maintaining a clean and professional environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Accurately inventory parking lots, record and credit vehicles for payments received, and note vehicles displaying valid permits.
• Violation Issuance: Issue parking violation notices to vehicles without payment or valid permits, recording vehicle information as required.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry using an electronic device.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers.
• Facility Maintenance: Inspect location signage and rates, clear trash, and report any additional maintenance required.

Requirements:

• Driver's License: Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• Reliable Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle as driving from location to location in your own vehicle is required.
• Customer Service: Must be customer service-oriented, proactive, proficient in English, and punctual.
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
