As we continue to grow, we?re looking for a driven and dynamic Assistant Warehouse Manager to help lead our operations and keep us moving forward.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire ? Motivate and mentor your team to meet daily goals with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Oversee Warehouse Operations ? Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Hands-On Support ? Work alongside leads and team members to complete orders and pack shipments.
• Optimize Efficiency ? Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution ? Address employee concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Set Clear Expectations ? Communicate daily goals and performance standards to drive accountability.
• Adapt & Execute ? Stay flexible, make real-time decisions, and move team members where they?re needed most.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Leadership ? Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Excellent Communication Skills ? Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior management.
• Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills ? Ability to manage priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure.
• Decision-Making Ability ? Confidence to make quick, effective choices that drive success.
• Coaching & Development Mindset ? Passion for training, mentoring, and empowering employees.
• Physical Stamina ? Ability to walk or stand for 95% of your workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 1 year being in a supervisory role.
• MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DENVER-METRO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED

Additional Details

• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually plus generous PTO and other benefits
• Shift: Five days in-person, including one weekend day (required).
