Stagevision is a fast‑growing, premium audio‑visual production company delivering high‑end corporate events. We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to help power our operations from the ground up—supporting world‑class productions by ensuring our gear, people, and processes are always show‑ready.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll help manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, oversee inventory and job fulfillment, and work closely with Senior Technicians to support live events from prep to execution.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations
• Maintain exceptional quality control by inspecting and preparing AV equipment between shows
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for fast, accurate gear movement
• Manage inventory tracking and processing orders
• Collaborate with Operations, Production Management, and Technicians to meet deadlines and support live events
• Enforce safety protocols and best practices across all warehouse activities
• Assist with loading and unloading AV gear for events when needed

• Organization & Planning – Strong ability to manage inventory, track equipment flow, and ensure efficient storage and retrieval
• Time Management – Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts quickly to last‑minute live‑event changes
• Attention to Detail – Meticulous with with all aspects of the role, including equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, and live events execution
• Problem Solving – Quickly identifies issues, analyzes root causes, and implements effective corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
• Communication – Clear, professional communication with technicians, production teams, and managers
• Physical Readiness – Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Technical & Leadership Assets

• Working knowledge of professional audio‑visual equipment (troubleshooting is a plus)
• Previous experience supervising, leading, or supporting teams is an asset

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live production, theatre (technical or stage management), or television environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• live production/theatre/television: 2 years (required)
• Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
