Bartender

About the Role:

At Tailwind, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to travelers from around the world. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:

• 1+ year' proven bartending experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ years of age. Age restriction due to alcohol handling/serving in essential job functions
• Ability to cross train where needed.
