Food Server

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
• Present menus and explain items, promotions, and specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally

2. Order Handling & Service

• Input orders correctly into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and upsell when appropriate

3. Dining Area Maintenance

• Set up tables before service (utensils, condiments, napkins)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

4. Billing & Payment

• Prepare and present accurate bills to guests
• Process payments (cash, card, digital payments)
• Ensure proper handling of receipts and change

5. Compliance & Teamwork

• Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers
• Attend briefings and training sessions as required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• Food service: 1 year (Preferred)
