Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Hairstylist will be responsible for delivering professional hair services, maintaining high sanitation standards, and engaging clients through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Duties

• Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable services and products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations
• Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring efficient flow of clients throughout the day
• Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings

Skills

• Proven experience in hair styling and salon services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
• Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
• Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client needs
• Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting salon products effectively
• Experience working at the front desk or managing appointments is desirable
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a professional appearance

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
