Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Inside Sales Associate to support our Global Business Services (GBS) team. This role combines client service, internal coordination, and technical administration to ensure smooth delivery of laboratory testing services. You’ll assist in managing client quotes, sample requests, and coordination between internal lab teams and business stakeholders.

Ideal for science graduates with 1–2 years of coordination or customer support experience looking to grow within a global, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, enter, and manage client quotations in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, laboratory, operations) to support sample dispatch and testing services.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the technical team to clarify needs and ensure service timelines.
• Support market research and internal reporting tasks.
• Input and update data in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards (GMP, ISO, SGS procedures).
• Build strong client relationships through timely communication and accurate updates.
• Participate in operational improvement projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or any related scientific field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience in customer service, sales support, laboratory coordination, or similar roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general system usage (CRM/LIMS experience a plus).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written – B2+ or C1 level).
• Comfortable reading technical documents such as test protocols or safety procedures.
