Inside Sales Coordinator

Juneau Industrial Corporation is looking for a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in promoting 3M Brand Industrial Products, including PPEs, tapes, adhesives, and other PPE and adhesive brands.

This is an office-based role focused on calling new leads, following up with current and past clients, assisting with RFQs, supporting basic marketing activities, and helping turn leads into meetings for our Sales Executives.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, organized with follow-ups, and able to coordinate well with both clients and the internal sales team. Duties include calling and qualifying leads, setting appointments, assisting with customer inquiries, preparing or coordinating RFQs, and helping maintain strong communication with potential and existing clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in sales support, customer service, telemarketing, or marketing is an advantage.

This is fixed salary role.

• Starting salary of P18,000 - P22,000 (based on experience)

Requirements:

• College graduate
• Willingness to call and engage with clients over the phone
• Math, sales and customer service skills
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Industrial B2B experience is an advantage
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• A friendly, pleasing, and energetic personality with customer service focus

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
