Line Cook

Job description:

  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and assemble menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. This includes grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods.
  • Station Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the assigned station is fully stocked, organized, and clean before and during service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain cleanliness of work areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, and comply with food safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages or spoiled items.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders, follow chef instructions.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per hour
