Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Update and maintain applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor candidate movement, application status, and recruitment timelines
  • Assist in job posting and advertisement management
  • Conduct initial interviews and endorse qualified candidates
  • Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents
  • Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring updates
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide recruitment assistance
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment activities
  • Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic recruitment processes and sourcing methods
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms is preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
