Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to expand our sales team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Manager

  • Preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales database
  • Support inventory checks and product availability tracking
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and performance
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales Director

Qualifications for Sales Manager

  • Experience in sales and relationship management (Preferred)
  • Self motivated and goal oriented to deliver results
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills

Job Description

  • Position Title: Sales Manager
  • Working Location: Changi Business Park
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Allowance
  • Duration: Full Time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
