Scheduling Coordinator

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
  • Healthcare Administration
  • Business Administration
  • Human Services
  • Medical Office Administration
  • Prior home care, PAS, Medicaid, or healthcare scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using HHAeXchange or similar EVV/scheduling systems preferred
  • Knowledge of OLTL, Medicaid, and managed care scheduling requirements preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment

Preferred Background & Experience

The ideal candidate should have experience or background in the following areas:

  • Home care operations
  • PAS scheduling
  • Medicaid-funded services
  • EVV systems and compliance
  • HHAeXchange scheduling and dashboard management
  • Caregiver scheduling coordination
  • Healthcare documentation
  • Incident reporting
  • Hospitalization and inpatient tracking
  • Timesheet management
  • Authorization and service hour management
  • Managed care coordination
  • Participant/customer service
  • Healthcare compliance procedures
  • Staff accountability and attendance monitoring

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage scheduling emergencies and call-offs
  • Professional communication with caregivers and participants

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
