Shop Supervisor

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Will be in charge of end to end recruitment process including posting, screening and interviews.
• Manage payroll of 5- 10 employees.
• This role involves updating product listings, managing inventory and processing orders
• Will provide guidance and coaching to all employees to ensure they are meeting all their KPI requirements. This role also requires traveling to other branch.
• Handle employee records and documentation of their performance evaluation.
• Monitor live selling hours and all logistics activities daily.
• Tracks, monitor and drive sales results across all shops.
• Completing periodical sales reports including and other administrative work.
• Ensure order and invoice accuracy
• Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Can mentor staff
• Excellent reporting skills
• Must be a college graduate of any course
• Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
