Job Title: Team Leader – High-Volume Café

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Team Leader / Supervisor to manage floor operations in a high-volume café. This role is for an experienced leader who understands structure, discipline, service flow, and accountability.

This is not suitable for entry-level staff or first-time supervisors. Experience in comparable environments is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control daily café operations during peak and off-peak hours
• Lead, supervise, and discipline staff in line with company standards
• Ensure service speed, accuracy, and consistency at all times
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene standards, and brand protocols without exception
• Manage shift execution, task delegation, and staff accountability
• Handle guest concerns professionally and decisively
• Coordinate with management regarding staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Maintain a calm, professional, and authoritative presence on the floor

Mandatory Qualifications

Candidates must meet all requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role
• Proven background in high-volume cafés, restaurants, or hotel F&B operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively under pressure
• Strong command of service standards and operational discipline
• Ability to commute daily to Makati City
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability
• Comfortable giving direction, corrective feedback, and enforcing standards

Preferred Background

• Experience in hotel, luxury, or premium dining environments
• Exposure to structured operations, KPIs, and formal service standards
• Specialty coffee or premium beverage experience is an advantage
